I've found some weird decks that run fun combinations of things on there. Masterduelmeta is a good website where you can look up any card and find a list of decks that run them. If you are just looking to have fun then run whatever looks cool. Master duel is really different, if you are interested in trying to climb then dragon links like someone said earlier can be good for being competitive while having that fun dragon package and splashing red eyes cards. What made red eyes competitive in duel links was the skills. Additionally some of said suggestions would work with a Blue eyes deck as well. Hope you found these suggestions helpful. Naturally floodgates would work here as well. This would enable you to use the red-eyes fusion without its restriction hurting you too much. There are also other strong rank 7s like Big Eye.įinal suggestion would be to combine it with a deck like Eldlich which rarely summons on their turn. You could look into combos centered around rank 7 monsters, one that comes to mind is galaxy tomahawk (banned in TCG, but I think legal in MD). If you lean into the fusion build you could consider floodgates, as much as I dislike them, that stop your opponent from popping off while you can just recur big monsters all day. You have a lot of ways to get back monsters so board wipes shouldn't be a problem for you. Pure red-eyes build reliying more on traditionaly powerful backrow (torrential, solemn cards, etc.). This would probably give you a field of 2-3 interractions easily, something like hiearatic spheres, borreload savage, the fang with chain to steal a monster, etc. Well right of the bat a mostly pure red eyes deck is probably not even rogue playable in competitive play, but if you're looking for a deck that will do alright in the lower tiers here's a couple of suggestions:Ī red-eyes engine supported by traditional dragon link combo cards and extenders.
